• These Things Take Time is a Colorado Proud™ company, based in Louisville.
  • All TTTT products are fermented naturally in salt brine or honey. No starters (dairy-based or other) are used. They are vegan, and processed in a nut-free kitchen.
  • The vegetables are fermented in stainless steel or glass (not plastic) vessels, in a kitchen dedicated only to fermentation.
  • All vegetables used are certified organic.
  • The fermentation process makes the vegetables easier to digest (it pre-bubbles them for you, so it doesn’t happen inside of you!), and it makes many nutrients easier to absorb, including vitamins B1, B6, B9, C, K, and manganese, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and iron.
  • They are living and probiotic, so should be stored in a refrigerator to prevent further fermentation.

TTTT krauts are wild fermented in salt brine for four weeks.

Gut Booster

Gut Boosters are the “pickle juice” from the krauts.

TTTT’s sodas are created by fermenting fresh roots (turmeric or ginger) in local raw honey.
